Coaching begins with you and your strengths as a communicator and as a leader, as well as your career and organizational goals. At Hunt Communication, we begin with a formal assessment of your communication strengths and needs, using one or more of the following techniques:

Communication Skills and Techniques

Through our coaching sessions, you will develop understanding, skills and techniques in the three major components of effective communication:

  • Outcome – clearly identifying what you want to accomplish
  • Message – developing a clear, compelling and credible message that will achieve your outcome
  • Delivery – polishing your visual (what your audience sees), vocal (what your audience hears) and verbal (what words you say) presentation skills

One-on-one coaching provides opportunities for discussion, role-playing and practice sessions with immediate feedback. You will develop a strong trust relationship with your coach, allowing you to air concerns and issues that might not otherwise surface. We'll work as partners to help you develop a communication style that is consistent with your personality, position and goals.

Review

To be a success, your coaching program must achieve your outcomes. When your program is complete, we'll follow up with you and those with whom you communicate to assess your progress and identify areas for further work if necessary. Follow-up may include interviews with key individuals and/or a survey.
