Michelle has over ten years of experience designing and delivering leadership development and communication skills programs that drive results to leaders at all levels.
She spent seven years with one of the world's largest financial services companies working in progressive roles in training, leadership development and strategic marketing. She then went on to build a successful independent consulting practice that brought together her business and leadership development experience to create and execute top-notch learning and communications initiatives for her clients.
In addition to extensive experience in the financial services industry, Michelle has worked with organizations in a variety of industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy and manufacturing.
Michelle earned her Master of Education degree from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT) in 2002, with a specialization in Workplace Learning and Change.
